Why didn't I try this sooner?

Fantastic stay with large, comfortable suites equipped with everything you need. Two pools provide plenty of space for relaxation, and the ocean front is great for snorkeling. Loved the friendly staff and on-site café for affordable eats. The sunsets are mesmerizing! Just a short walk to food trucks adds to the appeal.

Housekeeping should be more consistent!!! The outdated decor and furnishings make the rooms feel tired!!! Consider updating the beach access to improve guest experience!!!

Loved the spacious beachy vibe and the washer/dryer in our unit was a lifesaver with kids! The sunsets were stunning and nearby food trucks were a treat.

The room was like a time capsule—great if you're retro-minded but I was hoping for more than fluorescent lights and old carpets!

aston kaanapali shores aparthotel was amazing! the ocean view from our one-bedroom suite was breathtaking. we loved the beautiful pools and how close the beach was for daily snorkeling. the staff was super friendly, especially lei at the activities desk, who helped us create special memories. everything felt so refreshing with the lovely greenery and open spaces.

would recommend.

The grounds of Aston Kaanapali Shores are beautifully landscaped, offering easy access to pools and beach areas, making it convenient for seniors to navigate and enjoy the serene atmosphere while soaking in the sun and ocean views.

Rooms could use some updates and modern amenities.

The Beach Club restaurant had some tasty fish dishes that were perfectly prepared, making for a satisfying meal. We also dug the convenience of being right near BBQ spots, perfect for grilling under the Lahaina sun. Plus, the gardens and back pool added a beautiful touch to our stay.

Unfortunately, our room didn’t have a real view and felt a bit exposed, with the AC either blasting cold or getting too stuffy. The place had an outdated vibe but was clean enough. Parking can be a challenge, too.

We thoroughly enjoyed sunsets from our spacious ocean view room, and the laid-back atmosphere allowed us to unwind completely. The nearby food truck park was a delightful dining experience.

the room was very dated (not the best experience). but the restaurant food was AMAZING! ! the kids loved the shallow garden pool. also, the washers and dryers in the suite were super useful.

Clean room, stunning ocean view, with a convenient location near delightful dining options and easy access to multiple pools.

For us it was ideal.

The one-bedroom suite had a great layout and was spacious. We got a complimentary upgrade, which was nice. The kitchen made cooking easy, and the shower had excellent pressure. The ocean view wasn’t as advertised. we mainly saw it from the side. Overall, it was comfortable, but that view could have been better.

I loved how central this place was for accessing local eateries and taking a stroll to the beach, and the beautiful landscaping added to the relaxing vibe of my stay during my three nights in a standard room.

Great location and the view from our room was unbeatable! Loved that our suite had a kitchen, made it easy to grab quick meals and snacks when we were relaxing by the pool.

It wasn't inexpensive but definitely acceptable for what we got.
